Benefits of the Accelerated Format

As an adult student with work, family and other responsibilities, you can't afford to spend years and years going to class every night of the week. We understand that. That's why we structure our degree programs to work for you. There is a light at the end of the tunnel!
No prior college? No problem! You can complete any degree we offer in our accelerated evening format from start to finish.
Six-week courses
Accelerated-format classes offer adult students a fast track to completing their education in the evening. Modeled after successful college summer-school programs that have been in place for years, accelerated-format classes meet for six weeks: one night per week, and a couple Saturdays during the term, or two nights per week and no Saturdays. That's it.
Timely degree completion
No taking multiple classes for 12-15 weeks at a time – you concentrate on one course at a time while completing your degree in less time than with traditional quarter or semester systems. No previous college is required. You can start at the beginning and finish your bachelor's degree in four or five years. If you have already completed two years of college (even if it was a long time ago), it should take you only around two years to complete your four-year bachelor's degree, going part-time at night. What a deal!
Flexible schedule
Your schedule is different than everyone else's. If there's one thing we've learned about adult students, it's the value of flexibility in scheduling their classes.
In addition to our extensive accelerated-format class schedule, traditional semester-long courses are available day and evening as well. Students can choose to attend part or full time, day or evening. This flexibility allows a student to take one accelerated-format course while also taking a regular semester course, or to enroll in a day course and an evening course, or to choose any other combination that works. Our goal is to help students schedule their classes according to their life situations.
