Whitworth Presents Second Lecture of Annual Great
Decisions Lecture Series The second lecture of the series will feature Rand Lewis, director of the Martin Institute for Conflict Resolution at the University of Idaho, who will discuss Russian and American relations. The lecture will take place Thursday, February 21, from 7:30-9:30 p.m. in the Music Building Recital Hall at Whitworth University. The lecture is free and open to the public. Lewis has extensive experience in international negotiations. He served as an engineer and as a foreign-area officer during a lengthy military career. Lewis currently teaches history courses at the University of Idaho, including a course on international terrorism. He also provides counter- and anti-terrorism consulting services to the military and to the U.S. State Department.
