Graduate Studies in Business Scholarships & Grant Opportunities

Additional scholarships and grants may become available throughout the academic year and can be viewed at www.whitworth.edu/financialaid.

GSB Academic Scholarship - Percentage based

  • Eligibility for consideration of this scholarship requires a college GPA of at least a 3.75 or equivalent, be enrolled full time in a graduate business program (Minimum six credits) and maintain at least a 3.0 GPA while in the program. Other considerations for an academic scholarship include the GMAT or GRE score, TOEFL score (For international students) and professional experience. This scholarship is automatically renewable as long as students maintain the required GPA and there are institutional funds available
  • Rolling Deadline

Dan C. Sanford Scholarship - $1,000

  • To apply, the applicant must: be admitted to a graduate business program with at least one semester completed, be enrolled full time, have a GPA of at least a 3.25, and financial need must be demonstrated as determined by the Whitworth Financial Aid Office
  • Application Deadline is December 31

GSB Tuition Grant - Percentage Based

  • To apply, the applicant must: be admitted into a graduate business program, be enrolled full time, show appropriate financial need, and maintain at least a 3.0 GPA. This grant is not automatically renewable, but requires students to reapply for each academic year validating financial need
  • Based on availability of institutional funds
  • Rolling Deadline

George Weber Endowment for The School of Global Commerce & Management - $1000

  • To apply, the applicant must: be a full-time, matriculating student at Whitworth. Students may apply by filling out the "online general scholarship application" on the website at www.whitworth.edu/financialaid after January 31

Ed Tsutakawa Scholarship - $500

  • Applicants must be full-time students showing clear evidence of academic focus in global relations or commerce and achieving academic excellence. GPA minimum of 3.0.
