Note: Each program rotates on a three-year cycle.
At least one semester each year, a group of Whitworth students travels to a
foreign country for three months and receives instruction from Whitworth
faculty as well as from native scholars. These "mini-colleges" abroad generally
include from 20-30 students and are limited to students who are at least at the
sophomore level. Applications for the semester-abroad programs are due one year
in advance, and students may be screened on the basis of maturity and
adaptability to foreign environments.
Please contact Sue Jackson for more information on Semester Abroad Programs.
