Program Detail - Marine Ecology

Field-based course designed to explore the interaction of temperate marine organisms with their living and non-living environment. Students explore life histories and ecology of intertidal marine life in rocky shore, sand, mud flat, and planktonic communities. Usually held in Friday Harbor, Washington. Prerequisites: BI 150-154, BI 230
