Jenille So far I have had a great time in Sydney, Australia. It is such a big city, I only wish we could stay here a little longer before moving on. Today started off meeting in the lobby at 9:15 a.m. We then caught a bus downtown to the Federal Reserve Bank of Australia. We met with Mr. Broadhead of the bank and discussed different aspects of the bank, Australian currency, monetary policy, etc. It was a very interesting presentation; very informative. We then had only half an hour to get packed up and check out of the hotel in Sydney. Where to next? Adelaide. We climbed on a public Greyhound Charter Bus headed for Adelaide. How long was the bus ride? Only 20 hours! To pass the time everyone did a variety of things; read; listened to music, talked, slept, etc. We had stops about every two hours to get off and stretch or eat if needed. This definitely was not the highlight of the trip so far, but worth the trip for sure!
