Sharon We continued working on the roof in Biloxi today. The roof was complete and we all felt accomplished. Whitworth alumni worked along with us, but they gutted the inside. It was an amazing feeling to complete the roof. Pierce, the project coordinator, said that we had done the best job of all the volunteer groups. The sites down here are still unbelievable! Once you talk to these people that live down here you realize how blessed we really are. Things have been handed to us on a silver platter and these people are searching for a roof over their heads at night. It put things in perspective!
