Whitworth University Physics Department

Student ProfilesThe study of physics develops students' ability to examine and analyze the material world: to think in a physical context, to record and interpret data, to describe physical phenomena in the language of mathematics, and to understand the limits and potential of science. The Christian physicist understands that God undergirds both the unexamined universe and the ever-growing domain of what is understood.
