Leadership Connection Feb. 18 to Focus on Moving Work Teams to Higher Ground Does your work team have what it takes to rise to the top? Spokane Leadership Connection will challenge your team once again from 7-8:45 a.m., Wednesday, Feb. 18, in a session that will explore how actions of team leaders can move work teams to higher ground. The event, part of the spring series of lectures for Leadership Connection, a nonprofit collaborative effort between Whitworth University, Gonzaga University and Leadership Spokane, will be held in the Les Schwab Room of the Spokane Arena (720 W. Mallon Ave.). Cost for the workshop, which includes a light breakfast, is $25 or $9 for students with valid student identification. To register online, visit www.gonzaga.edu/ce. Susie Amundson, founder of Equilibrium, a workplace consulting and training firm specializing in work-team performance, will help attendees discover how to make their workplace team and leader be more effective.
