Application Deadline
Application deadline is rolling. Students applying early will be given priority consideration.

Please refer to the application instructions and the Whitworth catalog for details regarding admission requirements and required application documents.

Send all application documents to:

Whitworth University
GSB Admissions Manager, Susan Cook

300 W. Hawthorne Road
Spokane, WA
99251-0001 U.S.A.

Evaluation of Your Application
After all application documents have been received, the admissions committee will determine whether or not admission will be granted. Please allow four weeks for this decision after the MBA office has received all documents.

After Admission
Persons receiving notice of admission to the MBA program are asked to sign and return the confirmation form which will arrive with your admission letter. This indicates your intent to join us at Whitworth. So that we may begin processing your I-20 for your F-1 student visa, a $200 enrollment fee is required with your confirmation.

Details about the Enrollment Fee
An enrollment fee of $200 must be received by Whitworth before your I-20 can be processed. Whitworth's business office will keep this deposit safe in your student account. Your admission letter will indicate your student account number. This deposit will be restricted to your student account and be used for tuition costs only. Full reimbursement (minus bank wire costs) will be issued should you fail to acquire your F-1 visa to come to the United States.

  • All funds must be calculated and paid in U.S. currency, and can be paid by wire or cashiers check. Please remember that most banks charge a fee to transfer and to receive funds, so please be prepared for these charges so that the full amount of the required deposit can reach your student account. Do not send the enrollment fee until you receive an admission letter inviting you to study for the MBA degree.

  • For information on wire transfer contact Bonnie Wakefield at bwakefield@whitworth.edu

  • Or, send a cashiers check to:

    Business Office, Attn: Darla Freeborn
    Whitworth University
    300 W. Hawthorne Road
    Spokane, WA 99251-0001 U.S.A.

Student I-20
After the Whitworth business office has received your enrollment fee deposit, your I-20 will be processed and mailed to you. Please allow 2 weeks. In order to expedite the visa process, you may wish to make an appointment with your local visa office as soon as you receive confirmation of your admission, and have paid your enrollment fee. Contact Bonnie Wakefield at bwakefield@whitworth.edu to inform us of your visa interview date.
