Two Act Six scholars, Mailia Yang and Konstantin Tachan, arranged for students in Whitworth's Article and Feature Writing class to spend the Martin Luther King, Jr., holiday weekend with Hmong and Russian families from their churches. Students spent two nights with these families, sharing meals, chores and fun. The students wrote profiles about family members' journeys of faith and immigration. These are their stories.
