• Small Group Coordinators
  Small group coordinators work with the Chaplain's Office to train and support small groups, initiated and led by volunteer student leaders, which meet regularly to study scripture, pray, and encourage each other to live out their call to follow Christ. These small groups happen all over campus throughout the week and serve as a foundational experience for spiritual growth as students seek to learn from one another and grow in Christ-likeness.
  
  
• Lilly Ministry Internships
  These internships are designed to allow students to assist small urban and rural churches, in which many of them may eventually serve.
  
  
• Certification for Ministry
  Offered through the Whitworth Department of Theology and Philosophy, this certification program prepares Whitworth students for entry-level positions in churches and other organizations upon their graduation from Whitworth. • Young Life Student Staff
  This program allows sophomores, juniors and seniors to live out and expand their understanding, youth ministry and calling. Deeper levels of training and supervision allow students to grow personally, professionally, and spiritually in this advanced discipleship/training program.
