First Presbyterian Church
Transportation provided from Whitworth's campus

This course, taught in conjunction with First Presbyterian Church, launches the Urban Residential Project in 2002. The class will bring together Whitworth students and members of the congregation to discuss issues of service, justice, the role of the church in the city, and the role of government. Participants will gather to discuss readings, share a meal or dessert, and learn from guest speakers. Contact Dr. Julia Stronks for more information.

Urban Residential Semester
As part of the Urban Residential Project and in partnership with First Presbyterian Church, students may elect to spend a semester in a residential ministry in the heart of Spokane. Contact Tim Dolan for more information.
