Mission Statement

The mission of Whitworth’s Students4Giving program is to increase campus awareness about the importance of philanthropy and its impact on Whitworth’s ongoing ability to fulfill its mission of providing a mind-and-heart education.  We seek to inspire a culture of joyful giving and to instill in students a sense of responsibility for financial contributions to their alma mater, as well as forphilanthropic efforts toward the local and global communities. 

Program Goals:

1. Disseminate program information
2. Provide education on philanthropy
3. Increase awareness of the benefits of philanthropy
4. Showcase philanthropic activities on campus
5. Fundraise for philanthropic giving
