Course Registration
Fall 2009 registration packets will be sent to you the first week of May. This information will explain the registration process which includes a phone appointment with a faculty advisor who will assist you in selecting your classes for fall. The admissions office will contact you during the first two weeks of May to schedule the phone appointment for you during the first week of June.
Residence Halls and Roommates
If you are interested in campus housing; Housing placements and roommate information will be sent out after July 15. If you have not completed the Housing Preference Form, please call us and we can give you the instructions needed to complete the form (800.533.4668 option 1). We encourage you to do this as soon as possible as housing placement is determined by the date you submit your housing preference form.
Financial Aid Awards
Students will start receiving financial aid awards by the middle of March. If you have applied for financial aid and have not received a financial award notice by mid-March, please contact our financial aid office to inquire about your award notice. If the financial aid office has requested documents from you, please forward them as soon as possible. Before financial aid can be transmitted to your student account at the beginning of fall term, and you do not have an AA degree, we will need a final official high school transcript showing your date of graduation.
Student Accounts
Approximately June 20, the student accounts office will e-mail you the Confirmation Billing e-Packet along with detailed instructions. This packet will include estimated charges, financial aid and other credits, payment options, insurance information, meal plan info, fees and policies, etc. If you have questions regarding your bill after you receive the information, please call 800.535.4668.
Student Employment
The student employment office will be sending out a letter in early July with a brochure that explains how to find a job on and off campus and information regarding the work study program.
