Confirmation Billing Information e-Packet
By now you have registered for the coming term and your financial aid package is in place. You are ready to complete your Confirmation Billing Information e-Packet. Please be sure to complete your e-Packet by Aug. 8, 2008. You will need some specific information to complete your e-Packet (you may want to print this page for easy reference):
- You will need your network username and password and your WhitNet username and password. If you have lost or forgotten your passwords, please go to the Password Manager page under Current Students for information on how to reset your passwords.
- Before entering the e-Packet:
- Print out your Estimated Charges & Financial Aid (found in your WhitNet account—instructions below).
- Depending on your payment method, you will need banking or credit- card information.
- Have Federal Parent Loan information available, if applicable:
- Loan applicant's name/relationship
- Date of application
- Amount of loan
- If you already have health insurance you will need your insurance company's name, your policy number, the company's telephone number and the name of the policyholder.
- You will be asked to provide the name(s)/relationship(s) of anyone you will authorize to access your account information.
- If you plan to bring a car to campus, you must provide its license-plate number, make and model.
You are now ready to begin:
- Log onto WhitNet: View and print your Estimated Charges & Financial Aid. (See Web Estimated Statement.)
- Return to this Student Billing Welcome page via the link contained in WhitNet or from the Whitworth Student Accounting Services main webpage.
- Click here to enter the Confirmation Billing Information e-Packet.
- Enter your network username and password.
- Complete all information.
- Click "Submit" upon completion of all required information.
