Mentoring is a natural, ongoing part of Whitworth's campus environment. Through the Lilly grant, faculty and staff are asked to pursue a yearly process of individual or group mentoring on the topics of spirituality and vocation. Gatherings may include meals in the campus dining hall or in the Mind & Hearth Coffee House, as well as reading-group discusssions and/or off-campus events at faculty and staff residences.
