Mentoring is a natural, ongoing part of Whitworth's campus environment. Through the Lilly Grant, faculty and staff are asked to pursue a yearly process of individual or group mentoring on the topics of spirituality and vocation. Gatherings may include meals in the campus dining hall or The Café, reading-group discussions or off-campus events at faculty and staff residences.
