Who can write work orders? (Click

When will my requested work order be completed? The MegaMation
operators can access information about the status of work orders.
Do I have to pay for services? Not for any repairs or replacements of existing
components of the building or on the grounds. We maintain the existing
campus facilities. However, for event setup, paper or furniture delivery
or requested modifications to existing facilities, you will need to
provide
a Whitworth budget account number to pay for the services.
How much do these services cost? We
will provide an estimate for any request, but need your description and
adequate advance notice to prepare an estimate. We only charge for the
actual cost of materials and actual labor hours used.
What about "free paper delivery Thursday"? To maximize efficiency, it is best that all paper
and paper product orders be filled at one time. Therefore, if your order
can wait until the following Thursday, we will deliver at no charge. Please
specify "free paper Thursday" on your work order request. (This
does not apply to furniture delivery or setups.)
Who takes care of insects or other pests? Inside the building -- Custodial. Outside the building
-- Grounds.
How do I report vandalism or graffiti? Contact Whitworth Security.
What if I want to drive my car on campus? Please see the Vehicle
Operations Policy on the security

I received a parking or traffic violation that
I want to dispute. What do I do? All policies
related to the operation of a motor vehicle on the Whitworth campus are
covered in a pamphlet titled "Vehicle Operation Policy". This
pamphlet is distributed at the time you register your vehicle. If you
