Work Requests
How to Request Services
Most services provided by the Whitworth Facilities
Services Department are requested and tracked by a WORK ORDER. The work
orders are entered into a software system called MegaMation. There is typically
one
trained MegaMation operator in each building and/or department. For all
residence facilities, the resident director is the assigned MegaMation
operator.
If you have a request that is not an emergency or urgent, please contact
the appropriate MegaMation operator, who
will enter the request for you.
For Emergencies
Please contact security at 509.777.4444
or 509.777.3256. After the emergency has been addressed, security will
follow up with work orders when necessary.
For Urgent Requests
(such as electrical outages, water leaks/flooding,
buildings or rooms that are too hot/too cold, events that require setup
changes or support) please call our front desk at 509.777.3254 during
normal business hours, or after hours call security. |
