Graduate Studies in Business International Student Grant

Description:
As international students are not eligible for U.S. federally funded financial aid, Graduate Studies in Business offers tuition grants in the range of 10 percent to 30 percent to eligible international students who demonstrate high academic performance and financial need. To apply for this grant, students should submit a request to the Assistant Director of Graduate Studies in Business.

The amount of Federal Pell Grant funds a student may receive over his/her lifetime is limited by a new federal law to be the equivalent of 6 years of Pell Grant funding. Once a student reaches this limit, he/she will no longer be eligible to receive Pell Grant funds. Whitworth Graduate Studies in Business sponsors tuition grants in the range of 10 percent to 30 percent for students with exceptional financial need. Receipt of a GSB tuition grant may influence a student’s total eligibility for other sources of federal and state aid, so it is important for the recipient to review eligibility with a financial aid representative.
