Fall Kickoff Event
Each year, faculty and staff gather for a lunchtime program at the beginning of the new academic term. At this community-building event, President Bill Robinson welcomes everyone back to campus, area vice presidents introduce new hires, and topics of interest to the community are presented.  A catered lunch is served. President's Christmas Reception
Whitworth celebrates the beginning of the Christmas season with a reception, hosted by Bill and Bonnie Robinson, at which Sodexo treats faculty, staff, students, and retirees to delicious Christmas treats and hors d'oeuvres. This year's celebration takes place on Monday, Dec. 7. Please join us in the Hixson Union Building from 2:30-4 p.m.

President's Coffees for Staff
Whitworth President Bill Robinson meets with staff over coffee four times during the academic term. The coffees are held in Seeley Mudd Chapel from 8-8:45 a.m. Coffee, tea, and donuts are served. Each coffee features a devotion by Bill, administrative updates, introduction of new staff employees, announcements from those in attendance, and questions and answers about topics of interest to our staff. Employees are notified in August of the schedule for the upcoming academic year.

Faculty and Staff Awards and Retirement Banquet
The Faculty and Staff Awards and Retirement Banquet is a special evening program designed to recognize faculty and staff for their years of service to the university and to thank and honor those retiring from Whitworth. This event is sponsored through a partnership with Spokane Teacher's Credit Union.
