Update from the Provost & Executive Vice President Search Committee

Dear colleagues,

Over the past two days, the Provost/EVP Search Committee met face-to-face with several semifinalists. Based on those in-depth conversations, the committee has identified a small number of potential finalists. Over the next few weeks, more reference checks will be made, and background checks will be conducted. The committee anticipates inviting 2-3 candidates to campus in February for on-campus interviews and meetings with various stakeholders.

The committee is very pleased with the process thus far, and we remain confident that Whitworth's next provost and EVP is among those candidates remaining in the pool. Thank you for your continued prayers and support for this important search. More information will be forthcoming as campus visits are scheduled. Please continue to pray for the committee members and the remaining candidates.
