Policies and Online Tutorial/Quiz (FERPA) Instructions

Whitworth University requires all faculty, staff and student workers to be FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act) compliant. The link below will take you to the online tutorial/quiz and policy section.

Read the policies. (The video is optional). When you are ready to take the quiz you will get a popup window. Enter your network/e-mail username and password.

To successfully complete the process you will need to answer all of the questions on the quiz correctly. If you miss a question you will be sent to the beginning of the tutorial to review the material and then will be given another opportunity to complete the quiz. You have 12 days to complete the requirements before the system will disable your Whitworth accounts.

When you have completed the quiz successfully, click the Agree button. You will then be taken to a confirmation page and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to your Whitworth e-mail address. Please keep the e-mail as your record of compliance.
