As a database administrator systems analyst, Irina is responsible for managing and administration of multiple SQL servers, developing complex interfaces and applications using MS SQL server and .NET technologies, supporting , developing and troubleshooting the data warehouse processes, creating and maintaining SSAS cubes and working with the Institutional Research Committee, HR, admissions, financial aid, academic affairs, and the registrar’s office on special projects and data submission of federal reporting (IPEDS), the common data set, and tenth-day reports.

Irina has B.S. in electrical engineering with minors in computer science and physics from Gonzaga University (Spokane, Wash.), and a computer associate degree from Togliatti State University (Russia). She is a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist on SQL server and has more than 15 years of combined programming experience with SQL and Oracle databases.

Irina’s husband, Clay, is currently employed by U.S. Customs. The Horners have three children with whom they enjoy traveling, watching movies and playing games. Irina and Clay enjoy their children's Boy Scouts' activities; piano, violin and dance recitals; swim meets and baseball games.
