As technical support specialist for instructional resources, Jerrod Jackson provides audio, visual and informational systems support for classrooms campuswide. He is a Cisco certified network associate and has an A.A.S in network design and administration.

From 1995 to 1999, Jerrod served in the Army as a Patriot operator and systems maintenance specialist.

After four short-term mission trips to Russia, Jerrod aspires to become fluent in speaking the Russian language.

Jerrod’s wife, Sarah, is an assistant professor at Eastern Washington University.
