I am not just a student, nor am I just a football player. I am a student-athlete dedicated to both academics and athletics. I want to be an All-American just as much as I want to be accepted to medical school.
On the field, I play for the dark side. Our defense wears the darker-colored jerseys, and we've put together the attitude that we are the dark side. We will outwork and outplay anybody.
In the classroom I play for myself. I set myself up for future success and I will be accepted to medical school. I am set on becoming a doctor; I call myself a future doctor.
Both football and school have made me who I am today and who I will be in the future. I am committed to becoming the best person I can be, both on and off the field.
