Since he first set foot on campus as a freshman, photographer Thomas Robinson, who graduated May 17 with the Class of 2009, has documented student life at Whitworth. In addition to completing a B.A. in digital art, Robinson worked for three years as a photographer for the university communications office, and served as photo editor of the Natsihi and of The Whitworthian, for which he also was a staff photographer for four years. The photography honors Robinson has earned include three Society of Professional Journalists Region 10 Mark of Excellence Awards: he won first place in the feature photography category for 2008 and 2007, and third place in the photo-page category for 2006.
