- Whitworth’s alumni-giving percentage was down last year, even though we had 2,874 alumni donors. As our number of alumni increases by more than 500 each year, gifts of any size from alumni are greatly appreciated to maintain, and, we hope, increase Whitworth’s alumni giving rate.
- In Fiscal Year 2008, 802 alumni, parents, and friends made their first gifts to Whitworth, comprising 18 percent of our total donor households. Consistent annual gifts from these new donors will be a key to Whitworth’s continued success
- Fifty percent of all Whitworth donors belong to The 1890 Society, a giving club that recognizes faithful donors who give for three or more years consecutively.
