"Financial aid has made all the
difference in my attending Whitworth."
What am I thankful for?
First and foremost, I'm thankful for the Whitworth faculty. As a music education major, Whitworth has set me up well to be a successful teacher by the examples I’ve received as a student myself. My professors have invested so much in me – the relationship in the classroom is not just a professor to student relationship, but also person to person. That kind of experience has given me the perfect example of how I want my classroom to be when I am a teacher.
Whitworth is a place where I have been able to grow and pursue my own interests under the overall mind-and-heart mission of the school. It's a place that centers all its activities and curriculum on students and current trends, a place that gives us access to leadership and resources to succeed, and allows students to make our Whitworth experience our own.
Finally, I'm thankful for the financial aid that has made all the difference in my attending Whitworth – my Whitworth experience would not have been possible without the support of Whitworth donors. That's why I plan to give and invest in future Whitworth students, just as others have given and invested in me.
Thank you for making it possible for hundreds of students to receive the aid they need through your support of The Whitworth Fund.
