It is the policy of Whitworth University to provide equal educational opportunity without regard to age, race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status or disability as de-fined by law, in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title IX of the Educational Amendments Act of 1972, Sections 799A and 845 of the Public Health Ser-vices Act, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1991.
