Registrar's Office

Merry Christmas!

Whitworth University will be closed from Wednesday, Dec. 24-Sunday, Jan. 4 for Christmas and New Year's Break.  No transcript requests (including rush, priority, and express requests) will be processed during this time.  If your transcript request is submitted any time between Tuesday, Dec. 23 and Sunday, Jan. 4, it will be processed as soon as possible upon our return on Jan. 5.  Please call 509.777.3205 before or after the break if you have questions.

The Whitworth University Registrar's Office serves students, faculty, and staff in support of administrative services at Whitworth University. Our key services include...

  • course registration
  • program evaluation
  • academic calendars
  • course catalog
  • transcript orders
  • transfer-credit evaluation

The registrar's office now offers online transcript ordering.

Students can access their online WhitNet account to register for classes, view class schedules and grades, search for courses, request enrollment verification, grant records access, view financial aid documents and the 1098 tax form, review program evaluations and apply for graduation.

Academic Policies

All Whitworth faculty, staff, and students are responsible for policies that apply to them and their programs of study. Please review the academic policies set forth in the Whitworth Catalog. The registrar's office sends out official correspondence primarily by email and occasionally by mail. Be sure to check your email and your on-campus mailbox daily; lack of understanding or knowledge of information sent to you does not exempt you from policy adherence.
