Whitworth Wellness Challenge 2012

Basic Operating Guidelines

  1. This is an individual challenge but we encourage you to find a partner! A partner can help with accountability and it's just more fun when you do it with a friend.

  2. The competition runs from Monday through Sunday, for two weeks (April 16-29). Weeks are referred to as week 1, week 2, etc. The score sheet document is titled "WEEKLY ACTIVITY LOG."

  3. DON'T OBSESS! There is a one point daily maximum for the Exercise/Workout category. The conversions from workout length/intensity to points are on the WEEKLY ACTIVITY LOG. Please be sure to write what exercise you performed on your "WEEKLY ACTIVITY LOG." The document is a locked word form allowing you to input information daily. Please save it as two separate documents, week 1 and week 2.

  4. In the General Health & Nutrition and Health & Wellness sections, you can earn one point per day for each completed activity. Please add specific details to activities if required.

  5. The Challenge is for your own benefit and BASED COMPLETELY ON THE HONOR SYSTEM.

  6. We have lots of sweet prizes! Everyone who participates fully in the competition will be entered into the drawing for the prizes. Grand prize is a Wii! WOOHOO!

Remember, you can fill out your weekly logs online or print out the form and turn it into the SFC!
