Go to www.whitworth.edu/facultystaff.aspx and click on the Campus Intranet Link entitled Facility Request Form. Log in and complete the form. Submit the FRF upon completion; it will be received by the Conference Services department. Once approved, look for an email confirmation.
If prior to your event you wish to change or adjust specific requests for Facility Services, Sound, ITMS and/or Security please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org. You will receive an e-mail with the changes once they have been completed by conference services.
