Room Rates |
Double Room
$2,417 per semester
|
A double-room rate is assigned to any room that have a maximum occupancy of two people. On rare occasions, this also includes some single rooms around campus.
Buildings that have rooms at the double-room rate:

- Baldwin-Jenkins
- Ballard
- Duvall
- East
- McMillan
- Cornerstone
- Stewart
- The Village (Akili, Shalom and Tiki)
- Warren

Triple/Quad Room
$2,280 per semester |
A triple/quad rate is assigned to any room that has an occupancy of three or more people.
Buildings that have rooms at the triple/quad rate:
- Arend
- Baldwin-Jenkins
- Ballard
- Duvall
- East
- McMillan
- Cornerstone
- Stewart
- The Village (Akili, Shalom and Tiki)
- Warren

Single Room
$2,917 per semester |
A single-room rate is assigned to rooms that have a maximum occupancy of one person. However, not all one-person rooms are assigned the single-room rate; some one-person rooms carry the double-room rate.

- Stewart
- Warren

Boppell Room
$2,655 per semester |
The Boppell room rate is assigned to all rooms in Boppell Hall. These two- and four-person apartments come with a kitchenette, a living room, and a bathroom. |
Theme House
$2,470 per semester |
Theme houses usually accommodate between three and five people. An application process is used to assign theme-house residents. Read more about the theme houses here.
