Gallagher and Caseria to Run at NCAA Championships

SPOKANE, Wash. - Whitworth University's Nick Gallagher and Dusty Caseria will compete at the NCAA Division III Cross Country Championships on Saturday afternoon at St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota. The men's race will begin at noon (CST).

Gallagher (Fr., Bedford, Iowa) earned an automatic individual bid to the championship meet by finishing 11th at the NCAA Division III West Regional meet last Saturday in Estacada, Oregon. Caseria (So., Bellingham, Wash.) was awarded an at-large spot in the national meet after finishing 16th at the regional competition last weekend.

Individual runners at the NCAA Division III Cross Country Championships can compete for All-America status by finishing among the top 35 runners in the competition. There will be approximately 280 competitors in the race.
