SPOKANE, Wash. -- The Whitworth University swimming teams travel west to Federal Way this weekend to compete at the University of Washington Husky Invitational Thursday through Saturday at the King County Federal Way Aquatic Center. The NCAA Division I meet will provide some of the fastest competition of the season for the Pirates.

Whitworth is one of only two NCAA Division III teams competing in the meet, which includes collegiate powerhouses like the California men, the USC, North Carolina State and Hawaii men and women. There are 13 schools represented in the meet.

Preliminary heats will begin each morning at 9:30 a.m., with final heats following each evening at 6:00 p.m. Complete (and live-time) results are available on the PNS website:
