Regina Yan, '82, will present "Humanitarian Intervention." Yan is the chief operating officer of the Washington, D.C.-based Peterson Institute for International Economics, the world's most influential think tank in international economics. Prior to joining the Peterson Institute, she was the executive vice president of the Eurasia Foundation, overseeing projects in Russia, Central Asia, South Caucasus, Ukraine and Moldova. She is an expert in international development, nonprofit institutional building, board governance and strategic partnership.
