Personal Improvement Goal
Each week during the challenge create one personal improvement goal for yourself. At the end of each week, if you haven't slipped even one single time, you can award yourself 5 points. Complete three different personal improvement goals throughout the challenge and you'll earn 15 points. Make sure You tell us what your personal improvement goal is on the Score Sheet at the end of each week.
Here are some ideas to get your creative juices flowing
- Commit to doing one of the Daily or Weekly actions for all of the challenge.
- If you drive alone to work, make it your goal to use alternate transportation a certain number of times per week.
- Get a reusable mug and commit to using it instead of paper cups.
- Completely reverse global warming.
