Visit Whitworth University

There is no better way to discover whether Whitworth is the right place for you than to experience it for yourself. We are committed to providing you a visit that accurately portrays what Whitworth has to offer. We offer the following visit options, depending upon your visit date.

Summer visits, offered from Monday, May 17 to Friday, Sept. 3, give you an opportunity to go on a campus tour and meet with an admissions counselor. Although school is not in session during the summer, we will try our best to give you an accurate feel of campus life during your visit!

Individual Visits, beginning on Monday, Sept. 13, are personalized, allowing you to request specific activities that are of particular interest to you. You will have your own individualized visit schedule. Due to previous staff obligations, we are unable to accommodate individual visits on days when "Fridays at Whitworth" events are scheduled.

Fridays at Whitworth, includes an admissions presentation, lunch in our dining hall, a campus tour, a class visit (selected by you), a parent seminar, and a panel of current Whitworth students. You may also request individual appointments with professors or coaches (based on their availability) and take advantage of the option of staying overnight in a residence hall with one of our student hosts. The program will be held on the following dates this fall:

Monday, Oct. 11 (Columbus Day)
Friday, Oct. 15
Friday, Nov. 5
Thursday, Nov. 11 (Veteran's Day)
Friday, Nov. 19

Fall Preview Days, a two-day, one-night event Oct. 24-25 (Sunday-Monday), is limited to high school seniors only. Fall Preview provides an opportunity for students to sit in on a class, spend a night in one of our residence halls, mingle with current Whitworth students, eat in our dining hall, learn about our admissions and financial aid processes, and engage in campus life.
