So Long, Farewell Hobjob Throughout the years Hobjob had a memory box into which students could place memories. Since 1997 only three notes had been placed in the box. The most recent note invokes the sad story that residents faced in 2005-2006. The loss of two Village buildings reminds students who lived and live in the Village that it was meant to be temporary housing, and not last for a lifetime.
