Current Logo The current logo made its first appearance in the fall of 2001. It replaced the centennial logo, which was about ten years old. The decision to change was based on two things. One, the centennial was over and the college needed a new look for the new millennium, and two, Whitworth wanted to have a logo which would better demonstrate the college’s goal of “An Education of Mind and Heart.” This logo accomplishes both for a college looking toward the future.
