Early Whitworth Theatre: Junior Class Play
The earliest pamphlet on record of a Whitworth theatre production is dated from 1913, and presents an evening of three one-act short plays. Whitworth back then was in its infant stages, and slow growth (with having to skip a year in 1899) had forced it to resort to selling as much advertising space as possible, as can be seen. This was the last performance of note before the move from Tacoma to Spokane, which would be completed and the end of 1914, the following year.
