Eighth Annual Veteran's Day Ceremony at Whitworth College

WHAT: Whitworth College's eighth annual Veteran's Day memorial ceremony will include the presentation of colors by the Fairchild Air Force Base Honor Guard, a wreath will be placed at the base of the flag pole, and Whitworth student Joni Appling will play "Amazing Grace" on the bagpipes. After the ceremony there will be a no-host lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Old Country Buffet. To make reservations call Peggy Brown at (509) 777-3254.

WHERE: The Centennial Plaza in front of Cowles Memorial Auditorium at Whitworth College.

WHO: Hosted by Whitworth College Physical Plant employees who are military veterans.
