Whitworth Presents 2002 Christmas Festival Concert, "Gaudete, Rejoice!"

The 2002 Whitworth College Christmas Festival Concert, "Gaudete, Rejoice!," will feature the acclaimed Whitworth Choir as well as performances by the Whitworth Chamber Singers; Trouvères, the college's women's choir; and many of Whitworth's finest instrumentalists.

The Christmas Festival Concert will take place in both Seattle and Spokane. Following is concert information for each location:

Seattle
When:	Saturday, Dec. 7, at 7:30 p.m. (prelude at 7:15 p.m.) Sunday, Dec. 8, at 3 p.m. (prelude at 2:45 p.m.)
Where:	First Presbyterian Church, 1013 8th Ave., Seattle
Tickets are $12 general admission. Tickets for the Seattle concerts can be purchased by calling 1-800-532-4668.

Spokane
When:	Friday, Dec. 13, at 8 p.m. (prelude at 7:45 p.m.) Saturday, Dec. 14, at 3 p.m. (prelude at 2:45 p.m.) Saturday, Dec. 14, at 7 p.m. (prelude at 6:45 p.m.)
Where:	First Presbyterian Church, 318 S. Cedar St., Spokane
Tickets are $12 general admission. Tickets for the Spokane concerts can be purchased at the Whitworth College Music Office or by calling 1-800-532-4668, or by contacting TicketsWest at 325-SEAT or www.ticketswest.com.

Tickets may also be available to purchase at the door prior to the scheduled concert in each city. The Christmas Festival Concert is recommended for children ages six and older.
