Great Decisions Series to Feature Feb. 17 Lecture on Outsourcing Jobs

The 48th annual Great Decisions Lecture Series at Whitworth College features five speakers who will focus on current political, cultural and economic subjects of interest to the international community. The public is invited to attend the lectures free of charge.

The second lecture of the series will feature Kyle Usrey, J.D., dean of the Whitworth School of Global Commerce & Management. Usrey will present a lecture, "The Yin-Yang and Dao of Outsourcing: Not My Job?" on Thursday, Feb. 17, at 7:30 p.m. in the William P. Robinson Teaching Theatre, Weyerhaeuser Hall at Whitworth College. Whitworth students may earn one semester credit for attending the series. For more information, please call (509) 777-3270.

Usrey holds a law degree and an M.B.A. from the University of Colorado, and a B.A. in finance and economics from Hardin-Simmons University. He has done consulting work and taught international business and law in China, Australia, Tunisia and The Netherlands. Usrey is the author of a number of business and legal articles published in America and Great Britain, and is the author of a textbook on international business that is used in Australia, China, Africa and America.
