West Point's Heritage Brass Quintet to Perform March 8 at Whitworth

The Heritage Brass Quintet, comprising professional musicians from the United States Military Academy Band at West Point, New York, will perform in concert Wednesday, March 8, at 8 p.m. in the Music Building Recital Hall at Whitworth College. The Heritage Brass Quintet has performed in the Tri-State area of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut since 1985. For its performances, the quintet draws from a diverse repertoire of music from the 16th century to the present. The Heritage Brass Quintet performs regularly for ceremonies and receptions at the United States Military Academy at West Point. It also performs in the academy band's chamber music recital series and for schools, community events and performing-arts series.
