April 11, 2006 Whitworth Motion Picture Showcase April 22 to Feature Students' Films WHO: Student-filmmakers at Whitworth CollegeWHAT: The Whitworth Motion Picture Showcase is the inaugural showcase of short films created by Whitworth students. The festival will highlight 10 original short films created by eight students: Caleb Barber, Doug Buchanan, Caroline Davis, Kayla Dettmann, Catherine Doughty, Erin Kabusreiter, Katie Orphan and Sarah Peterson. At the end of the showcase, the directors will answer questions about the filmmaking process and about what they've learned while taking Whitworth's new motion-picture- production courses.
