Whitworth Foundation Announces 2006-07 Board of Directors
The Whitworth Foundation at Whitworth College announced this week the members of its board of directors for 2006-07. The board includes community leaders from a broad spectrum of businesses, as well as members of the Whitworth administration.

Vice President: Peter Enkema, sales associate, Tomlinson Black North; Secretary/Treasurer: William Moore, retired senior vice president, Washington Trust Bank; Richard Barney, retired administrator, Seattle Senior Housing Program; Mary Dewey, retired president, Import Market; William Fix, investment advisor, William C. Fix Investments; Mina Gokee, retired vice president, Spokane Regional Convention & Visitors Bureau; Dorothy Goss, president, Whitworth College Auxiliary; Jeff K. Johnson, president/sales manager, Tomlinson Black Commercial, Inc.; Frank Knott, president, Ott-Knott, Inc.; Raymond Lawton, chairman of the board, Lawton Printing, Inc.; Ron McCloskey, retired developer; Ben Nielsen, retired architect, Northwest Architectural Company; Steve Rector, chief financial officer, Cowles Publishing Company; Werner Rosenquist, retired president, Empire Lines, Inc.; Jerry Sheffels, owner, L. The purpose of The Whitworth Foundation is to help individuals establish planned gifts, such as charitable trusts and gift annuities, that provide income to donors during their lifetimes and ultimately support Whitworth College.
