Jubilation Dance Club to Present Recital April 28 at Whitworth
Jubilation, Whitworth College's student-led dance club that explores the use of dance in worship, will present its spring recital, "form(s) of grace," on Saturday, April 28, at 7 p.m. in Cowles Auditorium at Whitworth. Admission is $2. Tickets are available for purchase by e-mailing email@example.com. Tickets can also be purchased at the door just prior to the event.
Fifty Whitworth students are participating in Jubilation this year. The recital will feature performances from the club's six dance classes: modern/contemporary, beginning tap, advanced tap, outreach, jazz and ballet. The dances will showcase the themes of grace in life and in movement.
Located in Spokane, Wash., Whitworth is a private, liberal arts college affiliated with the Presbyterian Church (USA). The college, which has an enrollment of 2,500 students, offers 53 undergraduate and graduate degree programs.
