Women In Society Everywhere (W.I.S.E.): Events
March is Women's Month, and WISE has several events planned to celebrate.
- All month long we will be collecting donations of pads and tampons for the Annual Tampon Drive. Donations can be placed in the pink boxes stationed throughout campus in the HUB and dorm bathrooms and lounges. All proceeds will go to homeless and low-income women in Spokane.
- March 13: Second Annual Gender Stereotype Dance Party - June Cleaver? Man-hater? Mimbo? Come dressed up as your favorite gender stereotype and dance, dance, dance!
- March 18: Trafficked Women: Spokane's Unspoken Industry - John Goldman of the Inland NW Human Rights Task Force on Human Trafficking will be discussing trafficking in the Spokane area and how individuals can respond.
Events Our Club Has Put On in the Past
